For the treatment of external protozoan and fungal diseases of fish. Also effective in the control of ichthyophthiriasis (ich).

ProForm-C is the safest and most effective treatment for the control of diseases of pond fishes caused by Ichthyophthirius, Costia, Trichodina, Chilodonella and Oodinium and Fungal Infections. When used as directed, ProForm-C will not harm biological filtration and may be used with "scaleless" fishes such as doitsu koi.

One 32oz. bottle treats a 3,200 gallon system three times.

ProForm-C should not be used with salt levels over 0.05%
